With the arrival of the new Kappa VMC 150 in August 2007 we have increased our capacity to remain competitive in the market place. Featuring a powerful 20HP high torque spindle motor and BT50 spindle, the machine ensures the highest performance cutting ability on a range of materials from steels to nickel alloys.
With the Thermal Growth Compensation function we are able to greatly reduce thermal displacement thus increasing part accuracy.
CNC “Hartford Kappa VMC130”
4 Axis, Fully programmable 4th ‘B’axis.
‘Hartrol’ programming system with Fanuc 18i controls. Thermal heat dissipation. High pressure through coolant. Many macro functions to reduce programming set up times.
